Much to our surprise, in December 2020, in the middle of the Global predicament, the City of Brussels launched a call for original artistic concepts for the Friday nights at the Vaux-Hall Summer 2021. Melodiggerz weighed things up and decided to partake, as it was a golden opportunity to continue our mission, of bringing together and into play the Walloon, Brussels and Flemish communities and artists.
After an anxious wait of 2 months, we got the good news that our project got selected and that we were allowed to animate 5 Fridays during the Summer. What followed were 5 great events of exchange, dance, laughs, sun (yes… sun in Belgium) and good cooperation with excellent partners.
